Omar Huerta

Omar Huerta is a Mexican plastic artist based in Toluca, Mexico. He has received many recognitions in Mexico, and his artistic formation can be traced back to La Escuela de Bellas Artes de Toluca, an artistic residency in Havana, Cuba, and several workshops in New York City. His work has been displayed in galleries and museums across Mexico and in New York. One of his works is permanently displayed in the Galleries of the Mexican Republic. He is a professor of Plastic Arts at his alma mater and he is dedicated to plastic art production with paint, sculpture, engraving, among other mediums.
